摘要
自闭症谱系障碍是一种严重的发展性障碍,教育干预是改善自闭症障碍儿童和青少年状况的唯一手段。目前,对自闭症谱系障碍的干预方法层出不穷,让家长和教育工作者陷入迷茫。自闭症干预领域的循证实践报告相继发布,对自闭症谱系障碍干预领域已发表的研究文献进行评测,总结了被证实有效的干预方法。本文筛选了17种有效的干预方法,并从定义、操作流程和干预效果等方面对干预方法进行介绍,以期为我国自闭症谱系障碍康复领域的研究者、临床教育工作者和家长提供借鉴。
Autism spectrum disorders(ASD)is a serious developmental disorder,and educational intervention is the only effective way to improve the conditions of children and youth with ASD.Many intervention practices have been used in the past decades,which are difficult for the parents and educators of ASD to choose from.Several reports about the evidencebased practices for ASD have been published in the last decade.The research group evaluated the published literature of ASD intervention,and summarized the established interventions.This paper introduced 17 established interventions including the following aspects:definition,operation process and effect.The author expects this paper can provide reference for researchers,clinical educators and parents of ASD in China.
