摘要
分析临床中少见的一例以单侧突发性耳聋为首发症状的急性脑梗塞患者的临床资料,探讨突发性耳聋及急性脑梗塞之间的关联,提高对两种疾病的认知及临床诊治水平,防止出现误诊。
A rare case of unilateral acute cerebral infarction with sudden deafness as the first symptom was analyzed retrospectively.This study discussed the relationship between sudden deafness and acute cerebral infarction,in order to improve the recognition of the two diseases and the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment,so as to prevent misdiagnosis.
