摘要 为降低在电能表日常计量误差验证和运行维护管理工作中,因工作量大、效率低、操作现场复杂情况和操作人员经验水平限制等问题导致的消耗大量成本浪费。本文基于用电信息采集数据,建立大数据分析模型,提出一种数据驱动的电能表运行误差计算方法,以一个台区的采集档案数据、考核表供电量数据及所有用户表的用电量数据,根据能量守恒,建立方程,使用多计量周期数据建立线性方程组,使用加权平均、最小二乘法求解方程组获得电能表运行误差和台区线损率等指标,可作为电能表运行状态评价的重要参考,为台区线损治理、电能表运维和精准更换等提供有效支撑,可有效降低现场运维人次、提升故障分析定位精确性。使用仿真和实际台区数据验证了本文方法的准确性,试运行成果较好。 In order to reduce the cost overruns in the daily operating maintenance management and running error verification of electricity meter,which is caused by heavy workload,low efficiency,complicated conditions on site and limited experience of operators.Based on electricity information collection data,this article establishes a big data analysis model,proposes a digital driven calculation method of electricity meter running error.Based on conservation of energy,the method calculates the collected energy data of the platform archive,the main evaluation meter data and all the user meter data through using multi-metrological periodic data to establish linear equations.The weighted average and least square method are used to solve the equations,the results are considered to evaluate the running error of electricity meter and line loss rate of station area.This evaluation provides an important reference for the state evaluation of electricity meter,effective support for line loss management,smart electricity meters operation and accurate replacement.which can effectively reduce the on-site maintenance operation and improve the accuracy of fault analysis and location.The accuracy of the proposed method is verified by simulation and actual station data,and the result of test run is good.
