摘要
目的:分析五星教学法在骨肿瘤影像住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法:将规培学员按照进入影像科的时间不同分为2组,传统教学法组(对照组) 25人,以教师为中心、书本为中心和课堂为中心的传统教学方式进行教学,穿插病例讲解;五星教学法组(教改组) 30人,以聚焦问题、激活旧知识、论证新知识、应用新知识和融会贯通5步进行教学。结果:教改组学习后对课程的兴趣和内容兴趣方面、内容掌握程度及影像思维能力方面的得分优于对照组(P <0. 05);2组对教学后学习的信心方面差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:五星教学方法应用于骨肿瘤影像诊断住院医师规范化培训教学中,可以更好地激发规培学员的学习热情,改善规培学员在学习中的畏难情绪,提高规培学员对骨肿瘤影像的掌握程度和影像思维能力。
[Objective]To analyze the effect of five-star teaching method in clinical teaching of bone tumor imaging.[Method]All the trained residents were divided according to training time into traditional teaching method group( control group,n = 25) and five-star teaching method group( reform group,n = 30). The control group was taught with teacher-centered,textbook-centered and classroom-centered teaching modes plus case study. The reform group received 5-step teaching: problem-focused,activating old knowledge,verifying new knowledge,applying new knowledgeand mastering new knowledge through a complete study. [Result] The reform group got higher scores than the control group in post-study perception of communication strategies,interest,interest in the course and image thinking ability to participate in the follow-up study( P < 0. 05). The scores in confidence in teaching content were not significantly different between the two groups( P > 0. 05). [Conclusion] Introducing five-star teaching method into the bone tumor image diagnosis in standardized resident training teaching can better stimulate the residents’ learning enthusiasm and effectively overcome their fear during communication with patientsand improve obviously the mastery and image thinking ability of bone tumor.
