SBAR标准化交接单在血透危重患者转运交接中的应用

Application of SBAR Standardized Handover Sheet in Transfering of Critically Ill Hemodialysis Patients

目的:探究和分析SBAR标准化交接单在血透危重患者转运交接中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2018年4月至2018年9月收治的280例血透危重患者作为研究对象,采用单双号法对患者进行分组,对照组采用传统转运交接,观察组采用SBAR标准化交接单转运交接,比较2组转运效果。结果:观察组转运交接时间、护理不良事件发生率均显著低于对照组,观察组责任护士对患者病情的掌握程度评分、患者对转运交接工作的满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在血透危重患者转运交接中应用SBAR标准化交接单,不仅能有效缩短转运交接时间和降低不良护理事件发生率,同时还能提高责任护士对患者病情的掌握程度及患者对转运交接工作的满意度。

[Objective]To explore and analyze the application effect of SBAR standardized handover order in the transport of critically ill hemodialysis patients. [Method]A total of 280 critically ill hemodialysis patients admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were grouped by the single and double numbers. The control group was transferred with traditional transport, while the observation group was transferred with SBAR standardized transfer order.The transfer effect of the two groups was compared.[Result]The transfer time and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The responsible nurses ’scores on the patient’s condition and the patients’ satisfaction scores on the transfer work in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The application of SBAR standardized delivery order in the transfusion of critically ill patients with hemodialysis can not only shorten the transshipment time and reduce the incidence of adverse care events, but also improve the mastery of the patient’s condition and the patient’s transfer to the transfer.
