早产儿头型保护用调节枕的设计与应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察头型保护用调节枕对NICU住院早产儿头型保护的临床效果。方法:将150例早产儿按住院号单双号分为对照组72例和研究组78例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上对早产儿采用头型保护用调节枕固定头部,配合每2h翻身并更换枕头的位置。比较2组患儿翻身后2h头部位置固定情况及出院时头颅、耳廓变形发生率。结果:研究组早产儿翻身后2h头部位置固定良好率80.77%明显高于对照组52.78%(P<0.05)。研究组早产儿出院时头颅、耳廓总变形发生率10.2%明显低于对照组54.2%(P<0.05)。结论:使用头型保护用调节枕对预防NICU住院早产儿头型、耳廓变形效果显著,值得推广。 [Objective]To observe the clinical effect of head type protection in premature infants with NICU.[Method]150 premature infants were randomly divided into 72 cases of control group and 78 cases of study group.The control group received routine care, and the research group fixed the head with head shape protective adjustable pillow on the basis of routine care, and turned over and changed the position of the pillow every 2 hours.The head position fixation at 2 hours after turning over and the incidence of skull and auricle deformation at discharge were compared between the two groups.[Result] 80.77% of the premature infants in the study group had a good head position fixation rate 2 hours after turning, which was significantly higher than 52.78% of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of total cranial and auricle deformation in the study group was 10.2% lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Early use of head shape protective adjustable pillow can prevent head shape and auricle deformation in premature infants hospitalized with NICU.
