呼吸锻炼对后颅窝肿瘤术后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的影响

摘要 目的:探讨呼吸锻炼对后颅窝肿瘤术后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的影响。方法:选取2017年8月至2019年2月我院收治的后颅窝肿瘤患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组术后给予吞咽功能训练,观察组术后在对照组基础上予以呼吸锻炼,4周后观察2组患者肺功能及吞咽功能。结果:干预后观察组用力肺活量(3.39±0.66)、1秒用力呼气量(2.89±0.75)、峰值呼气流速(5.22±1.11)明显高于对照组(2.51±0.63、2.24±0.72、4.43±1.07),P<0.05;观察组干预前后标准吞咽功能评分差值明显高于对照组(11.4±0.4 VS 7.1±0.2,P<0.05)。结论:呼吸锻炼能够改善患者肺功能和吞咽功能,且效果优于单纯吞咽功能训练。 [Objective] To investigate the effect of breathing exercise on swallowing function in patients with dysphagia after posterior fossa tumor surgery. [Method] A total of patients with posterior fossa tumors admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). The patients in the control group were given swallowing function training. The patients in the observation group were given systemic breathing exercise on the basis of the control group. The lung function and swallowing function of the two groups were observed after 4 weeks. [Result] After intervention, the forced vital capacity of the observation group(3.39 ± 0.66), forced expiratory volume in one second(2.89 ± 0.75), and peak expiratory flow rate(5.22 ± 1.11) were significantly higher than those of the control group(2.51 ± 0.63, 2.24 ± 0.72, 4.43 ± 1.07, respectively) with P<0.05. The difference between the standard swallowing function score of the observation group before and after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group(11.4 ± 0.4 vs7.1 ± 0.2, P<0.05). [Conclusion] Breathing exercise can improve lung function and swallowing function, and the effect is better than simple swallowing function training.
