单螺杆压缩机螺杆转子的高效车削方法的研究

摘要 单螺杆压缩机是一种理论性能优越的机型,具有良好的力平衡性,并且效率高、噪声低、振动小、现场维护方便。目前,单螺杆压缩机的加工成本成为了制约这种机型发展的瓶颈。主要表现是加工效率低。提出了一种直线包络啮合副螺杆转子齿槽的新加工方法,取消了刀具转台上的进刀轴,通过刀具转台下的X、Y 2个方向的平移轴和刀具旋转轴B以及工件旋转轴A配合实现进刀的加工方案。采用这种方案,刀具转台上不需要设置进刀电机,从而提高了刀具转台的可控性,并且提高了机床刚度,预期可以大幅提高单螺杆压缩机的加工效率。采用这种方法,还可用于多圆柱、曲面包络等复杂型线啮合副的加工,以及11:6之外的非标准齿数比啮合副的螺杆转子的加工。 Single screw compressor was regarded as an excellent type of compressors which showed better force balance,higher efficiency,lower noise,low viration and better on-site maintenance conveniences.At present,high processing cost of single screw compressor brought by low processing efficiency has become a bottleneck problem limiting its development.In this paper,a new machining method for the screw groove of the screw rotor was proposed by re-arranging the feeding axies.The molding tool was set on the cutter turntable,which could rotate around its center,set as axis B.The cutter turntable could move perpendicular and parallel to the rotor,set as axis Y and X.Its innovation point was removing the feed axis for the molding tool on the turntable.Thus the feeding motor was set beneath the turntalbe,and there was no need to set electric adapter on the turntable while the cutter turnable rotates continuously.Such a design could improve the controllability and machining speed of the machining tool.It was expected that the machining efficiency of the screw rotor would be greatly improved.Further more,machining of the screw rotor with complex profiles such as multi cylinder and curved surface could also be completed by this method,even for screw rotors with the tooth ratio besides 11/6.
