螺杆空压机转子型面轴向力计算与有限元研究

摘要 根据排气内压缩角计算对应的转子齿顶螺旋线和啮合线,然后建立完整的转子受力三维模型,接着分齿槽计算转子各齿槽受力并汇总型面总轴向力,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench分析计算同工况下的转子型面轴向力,并对比2种计算方式的计算结果,提出了利用有限元分析软件计算转子型面轴向力的快速、有效方法,计算结果为后续轴承选型和寿命计算提供依据。 Firstly, the top helix and meshing line of rotor are calculated according to the compression angle. Secondly, a complete three-dimensional model of the rotor force is established. Thirdly, the force on each slot of rotor is calculated one by one and the total axial force of rotor profile is summarized. Finally, the axial force of rotor profile is calculated by the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench under the same condition. By comparing the calculation results of two methods, a fast and effective method for calculating the axial force of rotor profile by using finite element analysis software is proposed and the calculation result provides a basis for bearing selection and life calculation.
