摘要
境外办学,也称为机构跨境流动,是跨境高等教育的一种形式。江苏航运职业技术学院与新加坡海员联合会、新加坡森海海事服务有限公司合资成立"跨境校企共同体"--中新(南通)国际海事培训中心。"跨境校企共同体"是国内高校与国外行会、企业共同出资成立的股份制办学机构。行企校在境外办学的实践中分别承担了教育认证、学生就业和智力保障的任务,并合作在缅甸成立了海外办学点--"江苏航院缅甸海事培训中心"。"跨境校企共同体"拓展了高职院校境外办学项目,并反哺学院教育国际化的进程,但在办学模式、行政监管、师资队伍等方面还有待于进一步探索。
Overseas education, also known as cross-border flow of institutions, is a form of cross-border higher education. Jiangsu Shipping Vocational and Technical College, Singapore Seamen’s Federation and Singapore Senhai Maritime Service Co., Ltd. jointly established the "cross-border school-enterprise community"-Sino-Singapore(Nantong) International Maritime Training Center. "Cross-border school-enterprise community" is a joint-stock school running institution jointly funded by domestic universities, foreign guilds and enterprises. In the practice of overseas school running, the guild, enterprise and school undertake the tasks of education certification, student employment and intellectual security, and jointly establish an overseas school running site in Myanmar-"Myanmar maritime training center of Jiangsu Institute of Aeronautics". "Cross-border school-enterprise community" has expanded the overseas school running projects of higher vocational colleges and nurtured the process of internationalization of college education, but there is still much to be explored in school running mode, administrative supervision, teaching staff building and other aspects.
