摘要
全纳教育理念为弱势群体提供了平等的教育机会争取了更多的教育权利。全纳教育的最终目标是建立全纳社会,全纳社会具有民主性,农村家长也应成为全纳教育的教育对象。而目前农村家长教育存在教育素养缺失、教育渠道单一和管理体制缺乏等问题。应在全纳教育理念的指导下,构建现代家庭教育理论体系,加强家长教育师资队伍建设,创设实体机构和构建网络体系,研究并制定家长教育法律及制度。
The concept of inclusive education has strived for more educational rights and provided equal educational opportunities for vulnerable groups. The ultimate goal of inclusive education is to establish inclusive society, which is democratic. Rural parents should also be the object of inclusive education. At present, there are some problems in rural parent education, such as the lack of educational attainment, the single educational channel and the lack of management system. Under the guidance of inclusive education, we should build a theoretical system of modern family education, strengthen the construction of parent education teachers team, create an entity and network system, and study and formulate parent education laws and systems.
