高职院校创业人才培养研究--基于对武汉城市职业学院汽车专业的调查

Research on the Cultivation of Entrepreneurial Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges--Based on the Investigation of Automobile Major in Wuhan City Vocational College

为了解当前高职院校创业型汽车技术技能人才培养情况,本文针对武汉城市职业学院398名汽车类专业学生进行了问卷调查,调查内容包括创业认知、创业意愿、创业影响因素、创业教育建议等。调查结果显示创业型汽车技术技能人才培养存在的主要问题是学生创业信心普遍不高、教师创业能力普遍欠缺。最后,结合美国社区学院创业教育经验,提出了"教训赛战"四位一体的创业教育培养模式以及创业教育教师队伍建设措施与改革思路。

In order to understand the current training situation of entrepreneurial automotive skilled talents in higher vocational colleges, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 398 automobile majors in Wuhan City Vocational College. The survey content includes entrepreneurial cognition, entrepreneurial willingness, entrepreneurial influencing factors, entrepreneurial education suggestions, etc. The survey result shows that the main problems in the training of entrepreneurial automotive skilled talents are students’ lack of confidence and teachers’ lack of entrepreneurial ability. Combined with the survey analysis and the experience of entrepreneurship education in American community colleges, this paper puts forward the "four in one training mode" of entrepreneurship education and the measures for teachers team building, and puts forward the ideas for entrepreneurship education reform.
