轮机英语是船舶专业英语中的重要组成部分,也是海船轮机员适任考试中的重点和难点,随着计算机技术等信息技术逐渐融入教学领域,对船舶轮机英语教学观念、教育思想、教学内容、教学技术和教学手段产生了巨大的影响。本文阐述了信息技术与船舶轮机英语教学融合的优势,列举了信息技术与轮机英语教学融合的方式,分析了信息技术下轮机英语教师专业发展新要求。

Marine Engineering English is an important part of ship professional English, and also the key and difficult point in the competency test of marine engineers. Computer technology has brought huge influence on marine engineering English teaching concept, education thought, teaching content, teaching technology and teaching means. This paper expounds the advantages of integration of information technology and marine engineering English teaching based on some application cases, and analyzes the new requirements for Marine Engineering English teachers in the information era, which is of great significance for improving the quality of Marine Engineering English teaching.
