摘要
天津市地铁车站上盖开发地块由于开发量大、地下可建设空间有限,按照常规配建标准建设地下车库面临较大困难.采用指标对比法、城市类比法、项目经验法、理论计算法等多种方法,提出了地铁上盖地块公建类建筑停车配建泊位按照标准值80%建设、住宅类建筑停车配建泊位按照标准值建设的实施对策.以地铁6号线天泰路站地铁车站上盖开发地块为例,进行了地下空间设计实证,能有效解决地下车库建设难题.
Due to the large amount of development and limited space for underground construction,it is difficult to construct underground garage according to the standard of conventional construction.By using index comparison method, city analogy method, project experience method, theoretical calculation method and other methods, the implementation countermeasures of constructing public building parking and construction berths according to 80% of the standard value and residential building parking and construction berths according to the standard value are proposed.Taking Tiantai Road Station of Metro Line 6 as an example, the underground space design can effectively solve the problem of underground garage construction.
