绵羊瘤胃中原虫对葡萄糖和木糖的化学感知作用研究

摘要 为研究绵羊瘤胃原虫对糖类的化学感知作用,选取三只体重相近(43.80±4.35 kg)的鄂尔多斯细毛羊,安装瘤胃瘘管作为瘤胃液供体,在晨饲前0 h和晨饲后3 h分别采集瘤胃液,利用装有不同浓度的葡萄糖溶液和木糖溶液的毛细管研究瘤胃原虫对其趋向性差异,即化学感知作用。结果显示:禁食和饲喂不同条件对原虫葡萄糖趋化性没有显著影响(P>0.05),等毛虫对葡萄糖、木糖趋向行为比内毛虫更加明显,内毛虫只对较高浓度(1000 mM)葡萄糖溶液表现出明显的趋向性(P<0.05),等毛虫和内毛虫对葡萄糖的趋向性高于木糖(P<0.05),等毛虫识别糖类的化学感受器特异性可能不强。 To study the chemical sensing of rumen protozoa toward saccharide,three Ordos fine-wool sheep with similar body weight(43.80+4.35 kg)and permanent rumen fistula were selected as rumen fluid donors.Rumen fluid was collected before mornign feeding 0 h and 3 hours after morning feeding respectively.The different tendency of rumen protozoa to saccharide was studied by capillary with different concentration of glucose and xylose solution.The results showed that fasting and feeding had no significant effect on protozoa's tendency to glucose and xylose(P>0.05),and isotrichid had more obvious chemotaxis toward glucose and xylose than Entodiniomorphids which only showed obvious tendency towards glucose solution with high concentration(1000nM),they all showed higher tendency towards glucose than xylose(P<0.05).Isotrichid might be insensitive to saccharides.
