LED光源不同光色与光照强度对母兔繁殖性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了探索光色和光照强度对母兔繁殖力的影响,将225只伊拉配套系父母代种母兔平均分成15个组,分别在白、蓝、红、绿、黄5种光的100 lux、80 lux、60 lux 3种光照强度下进行试验。结果表明,在不考虑光照强度时,绿光下母兔配怀率极显著高于白光(P<0.01),产活仔数与断奶仔兔数在黄光下极显著高于红光(P<0.01),总断奶仔兔数在在绿光中极显著高于白光(P<0.01);在不考虑光色时,100 lux光照强度下的配怀率与总断奶仔兔数极显著高于80 lux(P<0.01);在同时考虑光照和光强时,配怀率、断奶窝重与总断奶仔兔数在光照强度为100 lux的绿色光极显著高于80 lux的白色光(P<0.01),产活仔数在黄色光的60 lux极显著高于红色光的100 lux(P<0.01),断奶仔兔数在100 lux的绿光下极显著高于60 lux的白光,初生窝中在黄光80 lux的环境中极显著高于白光100 lux(P<0.01)。通过分析推测在LED绿光且光照度为100 lux时空怀母兔的繁殖性能最好。 In order to explore the effects of light color and light intensity on the reproductive performance of female rabbits,in this experiment,225 IRA matching parental rabbits were divided into 15 groups,which were tested under three illuminations(100 lux,80 lux and 60 lux)of white,blue,red,green and yellow.The results showed that when the light intensity was not taken into account,the mating rate of female rabbits under green light was significantly higher than that under white light(P<0.01),the number of live and weaned rabbits under yellow light was significantly higher than that under red light(P<0.01),and the total number of weaned rabbits under green light was significantly higher than that under white light(P<0.01);when the light color was not taken into account,the mating rate under 100 lux light intensity and total weaned rabbits were significantly higher.When considering the light intensity and light intensity,the green light intensity of 100 lux was significantly higher than the white light intensity of 80 lux(P<0.01),the number of live offspring was significantly higher than the red light(P<0.01),and the number of weaned rabbits was significantly higher than the white light intensity of 60 lux(P<0.01).In the environment of yellow light 80 lux,it was significantly higher than white light 100 lux(P<0.01).It was concluded that the reproduction performance of pregnant female rabbit was the best when LED was green and illumination was 100 lux.
