摘要
以翅脉为研究对象,采用几何形态学标点法对中国缟蝇科Lauxaniidae(双翅目Diptera缟蝇总科Lauxanioidea)的高级阶元进行了初步研究。每个翅样本选取14个同源标点,采用主成分分析(PCA)和典型变量分析(CVA)对中国已知的缟蝇科2亚科20属252种缟蝇进行翅脉的差异分析。结果表明:在总体分析和亚科分析、代表属分析中,前3个主成分(典型变量)分别能解释翅脉变异的64.085%和100%,明确了第二、三合径脉与翅缘交点、黑色短鬃端点和径中横脉端点是变异度较大的位点,第四、五合径脉与翅缘交点、第一中脉与翅缘交点、第一肘臀合脉与翅缘交点为稳定的位点;亚科PCA中,在第一主成分方向上的离散度较高,印证了翅前缘黑色短鬃端点可作为亚科的重要鉴别特征;属间CVA中,4个代表属聚集度良好且属间离散度较高,表明标点法能较好地进行属级阶元的鉴别。本文证明了几何形态学方法在缟蝇分类中应用的可行性,为进一步的研究奠定了基础。
By using the wing vein as the object,a preliminary study on the higher taxa in Chinese Lauxaniidae(Diptera,Lauxanioidea)was conducted by landmark-based geometric morphometric analysis.Fourteen homologous landmarks for the wings of 252 known species of Chinese Lauxaniidae belonging to 20 genera,2 subfamilies,were analyzed by principal component analysis(PCA)and canonical variate analysis(CVA).The results showed that the analysis of the first 3 principal components for the overall species and subfamilies could explain 64.085%of the variation of the veins,while the same analysis for the representative genera could explain 100%of them,indicating that the terminal points of R 2+3 vein,black short bristles on costa and r-m vein were the sites with high variation degree,and the terminal points of R 4+5 vein,M 1 vein and CuA 1 vein were stable sites.The PCA results of subfamilies revealed that high dispersion was presented on principal component 1(PC1),and this suggested that the terminal point of the black short bristles was an important characteristic to identify the subfamilies.The CVA results of inter-general revealed a good aggregation in the 4 representative genera and a high dispersion among them,indicating that the landmark method was applicable to identify the genera.This study confirms the feasibility of geometric morphology method in Lauxaniidae classification,and lays a foundation for further relevant research.
