摘要
为探讨60Co-γ辐照对方竹种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,在不同剂量(0、10、20、30、40 Gy和50 Gy)下进行种子辐照。结果表明:60Co-γ不同剂量辐照后,方竹种子的萌发进程受到了不同程度的抑制;种子的发芽率、发芽势、相对发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数均极显著降低;方竹幼苗的根长和芽长极显著降低,除了10 Gy有5株成苗外,其余处理组均未成苗;方竹种子的耐60Co-γ辐照能力较低,其半致死辐照剂量介于10~20 Gy之间。这表明方竹在辐照剂量为10~20 Gy的条件下更容易产生突变,且萌发率、成苗率相对较高。
To explore the effects of 60Co-γ irradiation on Chimonobambusa qundrangularis seeds germination and seedling growth, seed irradiation was performed at different 60Co-γ irradiation doses(0, 10, 20, 30, 40 Gy and 50 Gy). The results showed that the germination process of C. qundrangularis seeds was inhibited by different doses of 60Co-γ irradiation. The germination rate, germination potential, relative germination rate, germination index and vigor index of seeds were significantly reduced and the root length and bud length of C. qundrangularis seedlings were significantly reduced. In addition, except for 5 seedlings formed at 10 Gy, no seedlings were formed in the other treatment groups. The 60Co-γ irradiation capacity of C. qundrangularis seeds was low, and the half-lethal irradiation dose was between 10-20 Gy, which indicated that the bamboo was more likely to mutate at 10-20 Gy and the germination rate and seedling rate were relatively high.
