济南城市交通拥堵问题浅析——以东京为鉴

Brief Analysis of Traffic Congestion in Jinan ——Take Tokyo for Reference

日本东京经过几十年的交通拥堵治理,已取得显著成效,虽然实际情况与条件略有不同,但东京的举措为我们提供了一些有益的借鉴。基于对国内外代表城市综合治理的研究,本文从综合治理方法分析的视角切入,简要分析了日本东京治堵的经验做法,并结合济南市的具体实际情况,重点对中国大城市(以济南为例)的交通拥堵问题进行了系统分析并对综合治理城市交通拥堵问题的相关政策与可行措施进行了合适的探索。

After decades of traffic congestion control in Tokyo,Japan,remarkable results have been achieved.Although the actual situation and conditions are slightly different,Tokyo’s actions provide us with some useful lessons.Based on the study on representative citys’comprehensive management at home and abroad,this article,from the visual Angle of comprehensive control method,the brief analysis of the experience of system in Tokyo,Japan,combined with the actual situation of Jinan,focusing on big cities in China(in the congestion of Jinan as an example)systemic analyzed the comprehensive control of urban traffic congestion problem related policy and some feasible measures are explored appropriately.
