高校信息化背景下人事信息平台的设计与应用

摘要 人事信息平台的建设是高校信息化的基础性工程。现阶段,高校人事数据管理难度加大,数据信息化程度低,数据标准不一致,人事系统的数据结构无法随政策随时升级。设计开发一套符合高校实际需求的人事信息平台,发挥数据价值,意义重大。人事数据平台一般分统一存放和分开存放两种方法。基于公共子集的系统设计思路,可根据人事数据的特点,将统一存放和分开存放进行融合。首先将所有人员编号、姓名、人员类别存放在一张表中。其次对所有类别人员的信息字段进行整合,并重新划分为不同的信息模型,每个类别的人员可以和一个或多个信息模型进行绑定,将不同类别的人员信息存入相应的模型表中,从而实现高效的人员信息管理。这种高校人事信息平台,可以为高校其他下游业务系统提供信息服务,并自动更新教师个人主页内容。而作为人力资源分析平台,还可实现人员流量与存量统计等功能。 Construction of personnel information platform is the basic project of college and university informatization. At present, the difficulty in personnel data management in colleges and universities is increasing, the degree of data informatization is low, the data standards are inconsistent, and the data structure of the personnel system cannot be upgraded along with the policy at any time. It is of great significance to design and develop a set of personnel information platform in line with the actual needs of colleges and universities. Personnel data platform generally adopts unified storage and separate storage. Based on the system design idea of public subsets, according to the characteristics of personnel data, unified storage and separate storage can be integrated. Firstly, all personnel numbers, names and categories are stored in one table, and then the information fields of all categories of personnel are integrated and re-divided into different information models. Each category of personnel can be bound with one or more information models, and the information of different categories of personnel is stored in the corresponding model table, so as to achieve efficient personnel information management. This kind of college and university personnel information platform can provide information service for other downstream business systems of colleges and universities, and automatically update the contents of teachers’ personal homepages. As a human resource analysis platform, it can also realize the functions such as personnel flow and stock statistics.
