摘要 光电系统中,需要搭载高度集成化的光电监测设备,为系统提供目标参数信息。文中设计的基于激光测距的能量探测电路,具有在测量目标距离的同时,获取目标对激光漫反射能量参数的功能。在激光测距接收设备的基础上,针对测距用纳秒级激光脉冲信号,采用窄脉冲峰值保持技术设计而成,具有高度集成测距与能量采集功能,且脉冲峰值保持精度较高等特点。最后通过试验验证了该设计电路的实用性。 In electro-optical systems,highly integrated electro-optical monitoring equipments are built to provide target parameter information for the system.The energy detection circuit based on laser ranging has the function of obtaining laser diffuse reflection energy parameter from the target at the same time of measuring the target distance.On the basis of laser ranging receiving equipments and nanosecond level laser pulse signal,the peak holding technology of narrow pulse is adopted to design the circuit,which has the characteristics of high integrated ranging,energy acquisition and higher pulse peak holding accuracy.And the practicability of the circuit is verified by experiments.
