新型冠状病毒肺炎并发肠道微生态紊乱的可能机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)是目前肆虐全球的危害人类健康的严重肺部疾病。该病引发的急性呼吸窘迫综合征、脓毒症休克,甚至死亡是严重的不良预后,此外,还会出现其他脏器的损伤和机能紊乱,其中肠道微生态紊乱就是不容忽视的重要并发症,由其造成的肠道菌群失调及内毒素血症加速了病情的进展。因此,深入研究COVID-19并发肠道微生态紊乱的可能机制是预防其不良预后的重要临床科研问题。本文从肠道微生态紊乱角度出发,就其发生的可能机制作一概述。 The corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19) is a serious lung disease that is currently spreading worldwide and endangering human health. The acute respiratory distress syndrome, septic shock and even death caused by the disease are the serious adverse prognosis of it. In addition, other organ damage and dysfunction will occur in the disease, and intestinal microecological disorder is an important complication that can not be ignored. The gut microbiota disorder and endotoxemia caused by the disease accelerate the progress of the disease. Therefore, further study COVID-19 complicated with intestinal microecological disorder is the important clinical research problem to prevent its poor prognosis. From the perspective of intestinal microecological disorder, this paper reviewed the possible mechanism of its occurrence.
