“双创”视角下用友“项目管理”沙盘模拟教学应用及创新

Application and Innovation of Sand Table Simulation Teaching of UFIDA Project Management from the Perspective of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education

"项目管理"课程应用的是用友公司开发的物理沙盘模拟,在学院工商管理教学中已开展多年的实验教学。一方面在实验教学中培养了学生一定的动手能力、理论联系实际,收获颇多;但另一方面通过多年的实验教学总结反思也存在不少问题,主要是与当前的创新创业教育理念结合不紧密,未能将项目管理融入双创教育中,今后应提高学生将沙盘模拟教学中所学的知识应用到具体工作场景的能力。

The physical sand table simulation developed by UFIDA is applied in course of Project Management,which has been used in the teaching of Business Administration College for many years. On the one hand,students’ practical ability in the experimental teaching has been trained through the combination of theory and practice. On the other hand,many problems existed are found through the summary and reflection of many years’ experimental teaching,including that it is not closely integrated with the current innovation and entrepreneurship education concept and is failed to integrate project management into innovation and entrepreneurship education. In the future,the ability of students to apply the knowledge learned in sand table simulation teaching to specific work scenes should be improved.
