安徽省城乡居民食物消费能耗及碳排放分析 被引量:6

摘要 随着气候变化对人们生产生活的影响逐渐增强,对气候问题的关注也逐渐增加,从城镇化对居民饮食结构影响入手;研究了1990~2017年间安徽省居民食物消费对能源消耗及碳排放的影响。研究发现:相对于农村居民,城镇居民的食品消费结构更稳定,能源消耗和碳排放水平较高,间接碳排放总量高于直接碳排放总量。最后,提出改善居民饮食结构、引导居民合理膳食以及加快食品生产环节节能减排是减轻食物消费能耗、碳排放的有效途径。 In order to explore the impact of food consumption on energy consumption and carbon dioxide emission of residents in anhui province from 1990 to 2017.In this paper,we analyzed the impact of urbanization on the daily diet structure of residents in Anhui province.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the carbon dioxide emissions of residents.The results indicated that the food consumption structure of urban residents is more stable than that of rural residents.The total amount of indirect carbon emissions from household food consumption is higher than the total amount of direct carbon emissions.The energy consumption and carbon emission levels of urban residents are significantly higher than those of rural residents.According to the above results,measures to mitigate residents'eating habits and structure on the environmental impact,and provide scientific suggestions for guiding residents'reasonable diet,were proposed.
