湖北省国土空间规划管制测度及空间相关性分析

Measurement and Spatial Correlation Analysis of Spatial Regulation of Land Use:A Case Study of Hubei Province

将生产、生活和生态“三生”空间纳入统一的国土空间分类体系中,以湖北省县(市、区)域单元为例,对国土空间规划管制强度测度及空间相关性进行了研究。结果表明,湖北省不同县(市、区)域承受了不同的国土空间规划管制强度,从经济较发达的中心城区或市辖区向外围经济欠发达的县(县级市)域,国土空间规划管制强度大致呈现出由弱变强的演变趋势。对不同区域国土空间规划管制强度的空间相关性进行分析,发现在5%的显著性水平下,2002-2015年Global Moran′s I指数值均显著为正,表明湖北省各县(市、区)域的国土空间规划管制行为存在统计上显著的空间集聚现象,即国土空间规划管制强度较高和较低的区域均呈现出空间集中分布的特征。

We have integrated the production,living and ecological space into a unified national land spatial classification system,and taken the county(city,district)domain units of Hubei Province as an example to measure the intensity of spatial regulation of land use and analyze the spatial correlation.The results show that different counties(cities,districts)in Hubei Province have undergone different intensity of spatial regulation.Generally speaking,the intensity of spatial regulation varies from weak to strong when moving from the economically most developed central cities or municipal districts to the external underdeveloped counties(county-level cities).Furthermore,we analyzed the spatial correlation of the intensity of spatial regulation in different regions.Under the significance level of 5%,all 14 values of the Global Moran′s I index observed during 2002-2015 are significantly positive.Therefore,these results suggest that there is statistically significant spatial agglomeration in the spatial regulation of land use in the counties(cities,districts)of Hubei Province.That is,the highly regulated national land and the lowly regulated national land are both clustered and show a spatial distribution geographically.
