休闲农业效率评价及其驱动因素分析——以华东地区81个示范县为例

Evaluation and Its Driving Factors of Efficiency of Leisure Agriculture:A Case Study of 81 Demonstration Counties in East China

提升休闲农业效率对有效实施乡村振兴战略、提高农业现代化水平具有重要意义。对2013-2016年华东地区81个全国休闲农业与乡村旅游示范县的休闲农业效率特征和驱动因素进行剖析,结果表明:华东地区示范县休闲农业综合效率相对较低,受纯技术效率影响较大,规模效率普遍较高,综合效率高值呈现向长三角集聚态势;全要素生产率总体呈下降态势,受技术进步不足制约明显,技术效率增长态势显著;休闲农业效率提升的主要驱动力为资源、旅游、经济、企业、需求、政府和科技,要从合理提升科技与管理水平、着力培育市场经营主体和多重优化社会经济环境等方面着手。

The study on improving the efficiency of leisure agriculture is of great significance for implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy and enhancing the level of agricultural modernization.This paper analyzes deeply the characteristics and its driving factors of the efficiency of leisure agriculture of 81 national leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration counties in East China from 2013 to 2016.The results show that the comprehensive efficiency of leisure agriculture of demonstration counties in East China is relatively low,which is obviously affected by pure technical efficiency.The scale efficiency is generally high and the high value of the comprehensive efficiency presents a trend of gathering to the Yangtze River Delta.The total factor productivity shows a downward trend in general,which is greatly restricted by the lack of technological progress.Resources,tourism,economy,enterprise,demand,government and technology are the main driving forces to promote the efficiency of leisure agriculture.So the suggestions of improving the efficiency of leisure agriculture include reasonably improving the level of technology and management,cultivating the market main body and multiply optimizing social and economic environment.
