东方绢金龟低毒诱杀防治研究

Study on the Control of Low Toxicity Trap for Serica orientalis

根据东方绢金龟的生活习性及为害规律,将敌百虫和晶体纯碱按2∶1的比例用热水溶解后混在一起,分别稀释成倍数为1∶100、1∶200、1∶300、1∶400、1∶500、1∶600、1∶700、1∶800、1∶900和1∶1000溶液。将杨树枝蘸上不同倍数的药液,分别插样地中进行诱杀。结果表明:倍数为1∶100~1∶900的敌百虫与晶体纯碱的混合药液,进行蘸药插枝诱杀防治东方绢金龟效果较佳。

According to the living habits and damage rules of Serica orientalis Motschulsky,the mixture of trichlorfon and crystal soda was dissolved in a ratio of 2∶1 with hot water,which were diluted into different concentrations of 1∶100,1∶200,1∶300,1∶400,1∶500,1∶600,1∶700,1∶800,1∶900 and 1∶1000 times solution,respectively.The poplar branches were dipped in different concentrations of solution and put into the sample plots for trapping and killing respectively.The results showed that 1:900 or above concentration of solution was the better controlling effect.
