7种灌木幼苗耐淹性比较研究 被引量:9

摘要 选取西北地区7种常见灌木的1年生扦插苗为试验对象,用人工水池法进行水淹胁迫,通过观察植物在水淹胁迫期间的表现,测定叶片的含水量、细胞膜透性变化、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量,运用隶属函数法对7种灌木耐淹性进行综合评价。结果表明,随着胁迫天数的增加,7种灌木外部形态存在明显差异。十大功劳胁迫前后形态变化最大,1/2以上叶片干枯脱落,耐淹性最弱;大叶黄杨和金森女贞形态变化很小,耐淹性较强。7种灌木在水淹30 d后均存活,恢复30 d后生长良好。综合评价7种灌木耐淹性强弱为:红花檵木>红叶石楠>卫矛>大叶黄杨>金森女贞>小叶女贞>十大功劳。 In this paper,annual cuttings of 7 shrub species commonly occurred in northwestern China were subjected to waterlogging stress to investigate their inundation tolerance capabilities.Morphological performance of the cuttings were observed,relatived parameters were measured,such as leaf water content,cell membrane permeability variation,chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde content and proline content.The comprehensive evaluation on the inundation tolerance was carried out by the method of subordinate function.It was found that with the increase of stress time,there were significant differences in the external morphology among 7 shrub species,in which the most significant morphological variations occurred in Mahonia fortunei,over 50%of the leaves were withered and exfoliated,demonstrating the weakest inundation resistance.The morphologies of Buxus megistophylla and Ligustrum japonicum‘Howardii’however,varied very little,showing their strongest inundation tolerance.Seven shrub species all survived after 30 d waterlogging stress and grew well after recovered for 30 d.The subordinate function evaluation demonstrated that the inundation tolerance of seven shrub species was in the order of Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum>Photinia×fraseri>Euonymus alatus>B.megistophylla>L.japonicum‘Howardii’>L.quihoui>M.fortunei.
