摘要
以5种柳树无性系幼苗为材料,用不同浓度梯度的盐胁迫处理,测定茎叶生物量、叶绿素含量、蒸腾速率、超氧化物歧化酶活性、丙二醛含量等16个与耐盐性有关的指标,利用隶属函数法、主成分分析法和逐步回归分析对柳树苗期耐盐性进行综合评价以及耐盐性鉴定指标筛选。结果表明,根据耐盐性综合评价值,5个柳树无性系的耐盐性大小依次为盐柳1号>渤海柳3号>高抗金丝柳>渤海柳2号>渤海柳1号。5种柳树无性系耐盐性预测最优回归方程为Y=0.444+0.004X7+0.002X11-0.003X13,筛选出对柳树耐盐性有显著影响的3个指标,分别为过氧化物酶活性、蒸腾速率、丙二醛含量,这3个指标与柳树耐盐性评价密切相关。
Seedlings of 5 willow varieties that were subject to saline stress with a gradient salt concentrations were used as materials to comprehensively evaluate their capabilities of salt tolerance,and to screen out the indexes for the evaluation.Sixteen indexes relative to salt tolerance were measured,including stem-leaf biomass,leaf chlorophyll content,transpiration rate,superoxide dismutase activity,and malondialdehyde content.Methods of membership function,principal component analysis,and step regression analysis were adopted in the study.According to the comprehensive evaluation value(D),the salt tolerance of 5 willow varieties was in the order of Yanliu No.1>Bohailiu No.3>High Resistance Golden Willow>Bohailiu No.2>Bohailiu No.1.The optimal regression equation for predicting salinity tolerance of five willow clones was Y=0.444+0.004X7+0.002X11-0.003X13.Three indexes that had significant influences on salinity tolerance of willow were selected as:peroxidase activity,MDA content,which were significantly correlated to salt tolerance.
