摘要
目的探讨血清25-羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]、血钙磷及骨密度水平与儿童生长痛的关系。方法选择东莞市长安医院2018年9月至2019年6月期间诊治的80例生长痛患儿纳入观察组,选择同期来我院健康体检的80例儿童纳入对照组,检测并比较两组儿童的血清25-(OH)D3、血钙磷及骨密度水平。观察组患儿采用阿法骨化醇胶囊治疗,疗程3个月,观察患儿的治疗效果及血清25-(OH)D3及骨密度的变化。结果两组儿童血钙、血磷比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿的血清25-(OH)D3、骨密度值水平分别为(72.48±20.82) nmol/L、-0.96±0.27,明显低于对照组的(81.77±22.48) nmol/L、-0.84±0.19,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后,血清25-(OH)D3、骨密度分别为(78.76±17.94) nmol/L、-0.87±0.17,明显高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿中68例治疗有效,治疗有效率为85.0%。结论儿童生长痛的发生与维生素D缺乏、骨密度降低有关,采用维生素D治疗儿童生长痛效果显著。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum-25 hydroxyvitamin D3[25-(OH)D3], serum calcium and phosphorus, bone mineral density(BMD) and growth pain in children with growth pain. Methods A total of 80 children with growth pain diagnosed and treated in Dongguan Chang’an Hospital from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects and included into the observation group. And 80 children who had physical examination in the same period at that hospital were selected as the control group. Serum 25-(OH)D3, blood calcium,phosphorus and bone mineral density were measured and compared between the two groups children. The children with growth pain were treated with alfacalcidol capsule for three months. The therapeutic effect and the changes of serum 25-(OH)D3 and bone mineral density were recorded. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in serum calcium and phosphorus(P>0.05);the serum 25-(OH)D3 and BMD of the children in the observation group were(72.48 ± 20.82) nmol/L and-0.96 ± 0.27 respectively, which were significantly lower than corresponding(81.77 ± 22.48)nmol/L and-0.84±0.19 in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the serum 25-(OH)D3 and BMD of the children with growth pain were(78.76±17.94) nmol/L and-0.87±0.17 respectively, which were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05). Among of the children in the observation group, 68 cases were effective, with the effective rate of85.0%. Conclusion The occurrence of children’s growth pain is closely related to the lack of vitamin D and the decrease of bone mineral density, and vitamin D can significantly improve growth pain in children.
