摘要 RhoA是RhoGTP酶家族成员之一,ROCK是RhoA的下游效应分子,ROCK影响细胞骨架及细胞核内的转录,这一系列反应构成RhoA/ROCK信号通路。胚胎干细胞是具有自我更新和分化为各种细胞的潜能的原始细胞,RhoA/ROCK信号通路在胚胎干细胞向神经分化中发挥重要作用。本文对Rho/ROCK对胚胎干细胞分化过程的影响进行论述,并对其今后的研究方向进行了展望、总结。 RhoA is a member of the Rho GTPase family. ROCK is a downstream effector molecule of RhoA.ROCK affects cytoskeleton and transcription in the nucleus. This series of reactions constitute the RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway. Embryonic stem cells are primitive cells with the potential for self-renewal and differentiation into various cells. The RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway plays an important role in neural differentiation of embryonic stem cells. This article discusses the influence of Rho/ROCK on the differentiation process of embryonic stem cells, and prospects and summarizes their future research direction.
