摘要
某炼钢厂60t电弧炉采用全固态料熔炼,原工艺使用废钢、生铁作为原材料。为减少电弧炉生铁配入比例,在稳定钢水质量的前提下降低配料成本。合理搭配各废钢料型,达到全废钢配料,显著降低了配入的磷含量,消除电炉脱磷的压力。通过采用石墨压球配碳、加强喷碳粉操作、降低供氧强度等措施,最终实现了电弧炉全废钢熔炼的目的,配料成本降低150元/t以上,同时各项消耗指标均得到了改善。
Scrap steel and pig iron were used as main raw material of original process in EAF at the first steelmaking plant. In order to reduce the pig iron charging proportion of EAF,and the burden cost under the premise of stabilizing liquid steelquality. Various steel were resonasly collocated to realize full screp steel charging. The phosphorus content of charging were decrease significantly,which eliminates pressure of dephosphorization during EAF smelting. Smelting technology of full scrap in EAF was realized finally through several measures,i. e. adding carbon by charging graphite ball,strengthening spray carbon powder and reducing oxygen supply intensity. The charge cost was reduced more than 150 yuan per ton,and each consumption index were improved.
