摘要
通过对同陶瓷厂同类型产品的2条超宽截面陶瓷隧道窑进行能效测试,采集相关测试数据进行对比,主要从热流向与热利用、温度均匀性进行分析,结合实际从节能角度、宏观层面探讨节能对策,针对窑炉结构及设计、热流走向探讨节能优化对策。
Through the energy efficiency test of two ultra-wide cross-section ceramic tunnel kilns of the same type in the same ceramic factory,the relevant test data are collected for comparison,mainly from the analysis of heat flow and heat utilization,temperature uniformity,combined with the actual situation,discussing energy-seving measures from perspective of energy saving and macro level,and discuss energy-saving optimization measures for kiln structure and design,and heat flow.
