摘要
介绍了植物组培微枝试管外生根技术的概念,生根环节及技术要求、影响因素、试管外生根的优势及国内外应用情况,为植物试管外生根技术的应用及推广提供参考。
In this paper,ex-vitro rooting technology of micro-cuttings and some related factors were introduced,which included the concept,the processes and the technical requirements,the influencing factors,the advantages,and the application of this technology. The paper will provide references for the application and promotion of plant ex-vitro rooting technology.
