基于社会学研究方法的野生铁核桃油产业发展前景分析——以云南省双江县为例

Analysis of the Market Prospect of Wild Juglans Sigillata Oil Based on Social Research Methods-A Case Study in Shuangjiang of Yunnan

运用实地考察、问卷调查、深度访谈等社会学调研方法对双江县野生铁核桃油产业发展状况、群众认识情况进行调查,分析野生铁核桃油产业发展前景。结果表明:目前,地方野生铁核桃油产业发展具备国内外市场优势和当地自然资源优势与群众支持优势,然而也存在制约因素:野生铁核桃品种受到威胁;加工企业没有规模化的核桃基地;企业规模小,技术相对落后,难于对抗核桃加工业市场的竞争机制;信息不畅,宣传力度不足。对此,提出双江县铁核桃产业发展建议:加强监管野生铁核桃资源,合理开发利用;推动地方企业发展,构建规模化经营体系;增加宣传力度,树立品牌、开拓市场;全面挖掘铁核桃的价值,多元化发展。

Using field surveys,questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews and other sociological survey methods to investigate the development status and public awareness of the wild Juglans Sigillata oil industry in Shuangjiang County,the development prospects of wild Juglans Sigillata oil industry was analyzed.The results showed that even if the global and domestic markets,together with the support from local residents are optimistic for walnut oil processing industry,there are still some restrictive factors for the development of local enterprise as followed:The variety of wild Juglans Sigillata is under threa;lack of large-scale industrial base;small-scale and technological backwardness make local enterprise uncompetitive;lack of information and propaganda.There are four suggestions for its future development:First,enhancing the management and rational use of nature resources;second,promoting the local enterprises and building a large-scale operation system;third,strengthening propaganda,establishing brand image and expanding the market;fouth,excavating the comprehensive value of wild Juglans Sigillata and realizing diversified development.
