摘要
对全国部分高职院校食品营销课程地位、课程内容设置、对应岗位及职业能力、课程教材、主讲教师具备能力和教学实施现状进行调查,为基于"双创"能力培养的高职食品营销课程提供借鉴或参考,对高职院校食品营销课程教学改革起到一定的促进作用。
The basic food marketing courses situation including curriculum status, curriculum content, corresponding professional posts and abilities, teaching materials, ability of the lecturer and current situation of teaching implementation in some higher vocational colleges in China were investigated. It can provide reference for the food marketing course of Higher Vocational Education based on the ability of "Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability", and play a certain role in promoting the teaching reform of food marketing course of higher vocational education.
