摘要
为筛选有助于木薯抗逆栽培的植物生长调节剂,开展了植物生长调节剂浸种对袋栽木薯苗生长的影响研究。结果表明,与不浸种比较,矮壮素、缩节胺和清水浸种可提高木薯苗的出苗率、株高、茎径,提高其细根的总根长、总表面积和总体积,提高根茎叶的干重、根冠比、净光合速率、薯干淀粉含量,部分处理和指标之间差异达显著水平,以矮壮素效果为优;吲哚丁酸浸种对木薯苗部分生长指标有促进作用,部分指标差异达显著水平,但多效唑、烯效唑、乙烯利浸种对木薯苗部分生长指标有抑制作用,部分处理和指标间差异达显著水平,而2,4-D浸种不能出苗。
In order to select the optimizing plant growth regulators(PGR)which would be help to improve the resistant cultivation for cassava,we studied on the seedling growth effect in the nutrition bag,which cassava cutting were soaked in the PGR solution before planting.Compared with the ck,3 treatments of cassava cutting were soaked with water and the solution of CC and DPC,could improved cassava seedling emergence rate,plant height,stem diameter,total length and surface area and volume of hair roots,dry biomass of root and stem and leaf,root-shoot ratio,net photosynthetic rate,starch content in dry storage roots,there were significant differences among some treatments and indexs,the CC was the best among them.IBA soluton promoted the seedling growth of cassava within some index,some indexs were significant differences.The solution of PP 333,S 3307 and CEPA restrained the seedling growth of cassava within some index,there were significant differences among some treatments and indexs.2,4-D could not emergence.
