摘要
本文运用AHP法对现代公交企业中层管理者胜任特征甄选指标进行分析、论证和检验,为现代公交企业中层管理者甄选过程提供理论依据,从而提升现代公交企业人力资源开发利用水平,促进现代公交企业的科学发展。
In this paper,AHP method is used to analyze,demonstrate and test the competency selection indicators of middle managers in modern public transport enterprises.It provides theoretical basis for the selection process of middle-level managers in modern public transport enterprises,so as to improve the development and utilization level of human resources in modern public transport enterprises and promote the scientific development of modern public transport enterprises.
