摘要
为逐步提升公路工程质量安全水平,弘扬现代工匠精神,倡导以设备保工艺、以工艺保质量、以质量保品质的理念,本文结合传统施工工艺进行创新优化,利用传统滑模的液压提升系统与传统爬模的模板支撑系统进行有效结合,有效解决了桥梁工程矩形实心高墩施工工艺存在的安全风险高、质量控制难、施工周期长、成本费用高等问题。
In order to improve the quality and safety level of highway engineering step by step, carry forward the spirit of modern craftsman, advocate the idea of ensuring quality by equipment, technology and quality, this paper combines traditional construction technology to innovate and optimize, and combines the traditional hydraulic lifting system with the traditional climbing formwork support system to effectively solve the problems of high safety risk, difficult quality control, long construction period and high costs.
