摘要
星塘街北延工程三标段高架桥上跨G2沪宁高速公路的大跨度钢箱梁拖拉施工属于本项目控制性节点与难点。高架桥主线第8联设计为三跨钢结构连续箱梁,横桥向分左、右两幅,单幅钢箱梁的总重量约2 000 t。为确保沪宁在高速施工期间不中断交通,针对主跨钢箱梁节段选择拖拉工艺进行施工。本文以星塘街北延工程项目为例,对大跨度钢箱梁拖拉安装施工技术加以探讨,望对相关人员有所帮助。
The dragging construction of long-span steel box girder across G2-Huning Expressway on the viaduct of the 3rd bid section of Xingtang Street North Extension Project is the controlling node and difficulty of this project. The 8th link of the viaduct main line is designed as a three-span steel continuous box girder. The transverse bridge is divided into left and right sections. The total weight of a single steel box girder is about 2000 t. In order to ensure uninterrupted traffic and safety during the construction of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, dragging technology is selected for the main span steel box girder segments. Taking the project of Xingtang street north extension project as an example, this paper discusses the construction technology of dragging installation of long-span steel box girder, hoping to be helpful to relevant personnel.
