隧道工程成本管控和项目管理研究

Research on Cost Control and Project Management of Tunnel Projects

隧道工程是交通工程线路中的重要组成部分,其施工成本管控经常成为检验项目经理管理水平的主要考核依据,面对动辄亏损数千万甚至更多的隧道项目,甚至出现过项目经理敬而远之的现象。本文结合太焦客专铁路隧道施工实践,总结了铁路隧道施工引起成本亏损的4个主要因素,提出了提升盈利水平应采取的管理措施,并就如何降低施工成本进行了探讨,以期取得隧道施工安全、质量、成本等综合效益成果最大化。

Tunnel engineering is an important part in the transportation engineering lines. Its construction cost control is often the main evaluation basis for checking the project management level of a project. For the tunnel projects often involved with huge investment, there are even the problems of absent project managers. This paper combines with the construction practice of the railway from Taiyuan to Jiaozuo, summarizes four main factors causing losses in the construction of railway tunnels, discusses how to reduce the construction costs and then puts forward the management measures to improve the profits.
