起飞——“融融融”作为一家跨国企业集团,海航的“发家史”极具传奇色彩。1988年4月,海南经济特区诞生,海南从广东省下辖市一跃成为全国最大的经济特区,彼时开放的金融政策与几乎空白的监管,吸引了数十万人南下“掘金”,无数人在此实现了高杠杆融资。在这样的背景下,1989年,王健、陈峰从民航总局离职南下,在海南省政府的支持下,于1993年创立了海南航空。
