从设计、资源再利用、经济、占地空间、人工等方面进行了分析,并提出如何改造的方法,旨在为提供更好的改造方法和更经济地利用资源为目的。结果表明改造是成功的,未发现跑冒滴漏和储罐下沉的事故。

This paper analyzes from the aspects of design,resource reuse,economy,occupied space,and labor,and puts forward the methods of transformation,aiming at providing better transformation methods and more economical use of resources.The results show that the transformation is successful,and no accidents of leakage and tank sinking are found.
