“一企一制”助推“产销研用”一体化深入开展 被引量:1

摘要 “一企一制”是通过为生产企业制定专属的服务方案,将生产、销售、科研、用户需求等资源有效地结合起来,针对“产销研用”一体化实施中存在的问题,结合产销年度重点工作,联合区内10家生产企业共同制定差异化、个性化、契约化的“一企一制”方案,提出核心工作内容及要求,通过与生产企业联合签署“产销研用”一体化工作协议(即“一企一制”方案)、建立量化评价指标、定期跟踪评价等措施,规范产销行为,推进年度目标实现。经2017~2019年持续深入开展,A销售公司在产销协调效率、经营总量、计划执行、联合服务、产品结构优化、商情信息效能转化等方面均有较大提高。 "One enterprise,one system"is to effectively combine production,sales,scientific research,user demand and other resources by developing exclusive service programs for production enterprises,aiming at the problems existing in the implementation of"production,marketing,research and use"integration,and combining the annual key work of production and marketing,to jointly develop a differentiated,personalized and contractual"one enterprise,one system"program with 10 production enterprises in the zone The core work contents and requirements shall be formulated.Through signing the"production,marketing,research and use"integration work agreement(i.e."one enterprise,one system"plan)with the production enterprises,establishing quantitative evaluation indexes,regular tracking and evaluation and other measures,the production and marketing behaviors shall be standardized and the annual goal shall be achieved.Through continuous and in-depth development in 2017-2019,sales company a has greatly improved in production and marketing coordination efficiency,total business volume,plan implementation,joint service,product structure optimization,business information efficiency transformation,etc.
