Optimizing the grassroots political ecosystem is crucial to improving the governance quality in the ethnic minority regions of China.However,the grassroots political ecosystem in these regions now faces such dilemmas as the inefficient governance by the grassroots Party branches,and poor efficiency in adjustable autonomy and political culture.The solutions include the following:institutionalizing the operation of the Party and government institutions,improving the governance of grassroots Party branches,guiding the villagers'autonomy in an appropriate way,optimizing the environment of the grassroots autonomy and the grassroots political culture,and reconstructing a beneficial climate of folk customs,which should have both practical significance and theoretical value in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
