进气温度对TGDI汽油机性能影响的对标研究

摘要 通过发动机对标试验,对一台缸内直喷涡轮增压(TGDI)的汽油机进行了外特性试验,研究进气温度对其动力性、经济性和排放的影响。试验结果表明:对于TGDI汽油机,进气增压能够补偿由于温度增加引起的进气量损失,导致中冷后进气温度对发动机动力性、经济性和排放的影响效果均不是很明显。 Full load performance benchmarking test was conducted in engine test bed for a turbocharged direct injection gasoline engine(TGDI)to investigate the effects of inlet temperature on power performance,fuel economy and emission properties.Results shows that for TGDI engine,the effects of after-intercooler temperature on power performance,fuel economy and emission properties are insignificant because the turbocharger can compensate the inlet charge loss from the increasing charge temperature.
