摘要
燃气轮机广泛应用于发电、船舰等能源、国防、交通领域,是关系国家安全和国民经济发展的高技术核心装备,属于市场前景巨大的高技术产业。本文针对世界上功率最大的燃气轮机叶片表面超精要求开展工艺技术研究,使得喷丸表面的叶片最终到达镜面效果的同时,满足表面残余应力和表面完整性技术要求。
Gas turbine is widely used in power generation,ship and other energy,national defense,transportation fields.It is a high-tech core equipment related to national security and national economic development,and belongs to the high-tech industry with huge market prospect.In this paper,the technology research is carried out for the super precision requirement of the blade surface of the gas turbine with the largest power in the world,so that the blade on the shot peened surface can reach the mirror effect finally,and at the same time,it can meet the technical requirements of surface residual stress and surface integrity.
