摘要
为得到高质量铸件,针对汽车底盘支架壁厚不均、结构复杂等特点,使用UG对底盘支架进行三维建模并使用ProCAST模拟铸造软件对底盘支架进行高压铸造充型及凝固过程数值模拟,有效预测压铸过程中出现的缩松缩孔问题位置。通过正交试验与ProCAST模拟软件得出A1Si12Cu1(Fe)铝合金底盘支架压铸工艺方案为:浇注温度680℃,模具初始温度220℃,慢压射速度0.4m/s,快压射速度5.5m/s。通过压铸件生产实验及X-ray探伤检测发现,优化工艺参数后可明显提高铸件质量。
To get high-quality casting,the UG is used to simulate the three-dimensional modeling of the chassis brackets and the Pro⁃CAST simulation casting software is used to simulate the high-pressure casting filling and solidification process of the chassis brackets in order to obtain high-quality castings with uneven wall thickness and complicated structure and effectively predict the location of shrinkage and shrinkage problems that occur during the die casting process.Through the orthogonal test and ProCAST simulation soft⁃ware,the die casting process of A1Si12Cu1(Fe)aluminum alloy chassis bracket is as follows:casting temperature 680℃,initial mold temperature 220℃,slow injection speed 0.4m/s,fast injection speed 5.5m/s.Through the die casting production experiment and X-ray flaw detection,it is found that the optimized process parameters can significantly improve the casting quality.
