基于NS3的BCube数据中心网络仿真

BCube-based Data Center Network Simulation Using NS3

为了解决复杂数据中心网络仿真难题,在对NS3仿真工具的研究基础上,对NS3的路由协议进行扩充,研究使用NS-3网络仿真软件自动生成BCube网络拓扑,实现BSR路由协议,通过NetAnim可视化模块直观展示网络仿真结果,并通过Tracing系统收集、统计与分析网络丢包情况、端到端时延以及吞吐量等性能指标。与传统RIP协议、OSPF协议进行对比,证明了BSR路由的优越性。该研究可为数据中心网络提供有效的参考信息,有利于简化数据中心网络仿真工作,使数据中心网络能更快地投入使用。

In order to solve the simulation problem of complex data center network,an extension routing protocol module of network simulator version 3(NS3)is proposed based on analysis of Bcube structure.How to use NS3 to automatically generate network topology and realize BSR routing protocol through the experiments with BCube is introduced.The network simulation results are displayed intui⁃tively through NetAnim visualization module.The metrics such as packet loss,end-to-end delay and throughput are collected,count⁃ed and analyzed by Tracing system.Compared with traditional RIP protocol and OSPF protocol,the advantages of BSR routing are dem⁃onstrated.This research can provide effective reference information for data center network and simplify the work flow and make data center network put into use faster.
