政府行为如何对经贸发展产生影响,使海峡两岸独特的"五缘"优势促进经贸关系互补互惠发展,从而影响我国海上丝绸之路经济走廊的建设?通过构建被调节中介模型,分析政府行为在海峡两岸经贸中的影响效应得出:政府行为既能直接影响海峡两岸的经贸状况,也能通过影响外商直接投资而间接影响海峡两岸经贸;政府行为对外商直接投资的影响在进出口等不同状态下影响效果不同,显著的相关性显示了合作的政府行为不仅可以直接促进经贸的发展,还可以通过促进外商直接投资而从整体上促进经贸的发展。

How does the government behavior affect the development of economy and trade,so that the unique"five edge"advantages of both sides of the Taiwan Strait can promote the complementary and mutually beneficial development of economic and trade relations,thus affecting the construction of China’s maritime silk road economic belt By constructing the moderated mediation model and analyzing the influence effect of government behavior on the cross-strait economy and trade,one can conclude that government behavior can not only directly affect the economic and trade situation of both sides of the Taiwan Strait,but also indirectly affect the cross-strait economy and trade through the influence of foreign direct investment;the influence effect of government behavior on foreign direct investment is different in import and export. The significant coefficient shows that cooperative government behavior can not only directly promote the development of economy and trade,but also indirectly promote the development of economy and trade moderated by foreign direct investment.
